Exercise has always been a central part of my life; dancing, swimming, running and cycling. But then I developed a love for Pilates.

A true mind, body and spirit approach to movement. Focusing on strengthening your core powerhouse muscles, building lean muscle tone, providing a remedy for injuries or poor postural habits and simply a time to breathe, relax and escape.

After five years of practice and exploring different styles of Pilates, I trained as a level 3 Pilates instructor, using the traditional Joseph Pilates method.

Pilates is a way of life on and off the mat. Sharing my knowledge and making others feel great has become my passion.
