I have always had a passion for sport and exercise from a young age, and have been coaching both individuals & teams at varying levels of competition for the last 10 years. My real passion is goal setting and training towards specific end targets, whether that may be a single event, incremental improvements in fitness or focusing in on a new interest/sport.

For me, training is all about consistency and sustainability - looking at how to find that balance between exercise and the various other factors that play in to every day life; in order to achieve results that last. So whether you are looking to up your game in your chosen sport, miss having that competitive edge you used to find whilst training, or want to build a routine that sticks rather than yo-yo’ing back and forth with your health, it would be great to see if i can help.
