I am a sociable and energetic Personal Trainer who is highly motivated to help others reach their health and fitness goals whilst building their confidence.
My whole life I have been involved in sport and exercise and although I am new to Winchester, whilst living in Germany I saw a need for a sympathetic, experienced and competent English speaking fitness professional and 'Hels Bells Fitness' was launched. I am a level 3 Personal trainer, Level 2 gym instructor and ex secondary school PE teacher.
Skilled in HITT, circuit, strength and conditioning training I create a comfortable environment for groups and individuals to feel confident to exercise and reflect upon their own lifestyles to make positive changes.
I believe there is something for everyone and I am here to help you explore and find what suits you best, what works most effectively for you; and ultimately to make it fun for you to make the positive lifestyle and fitness changes that you seek.
Spending time with me either in a class, personal session or on the gym floor will leave you happy and energised.
