I first qualified as a sports massage therapist over 15 years ago. I have worked with professional and elite athletes and more recently in the NHS in neurological rehabilitation and looking forward to starting a master's degree in September for physiotherapy.

I am Winchester based and enjoy yoga, going to the gym and running, having completed four marathons and will be running my fifth in Berlin later this year.
