What is Gravity Training?

An evolution of the Pilates reformer that offers unparalleled variety - GRAVITY Training encompasses strength, endurance and cardio workouts, interval training and core stability.

You will recruit multiple muscle groups in synergy using your inclined body weight as resistance against gravity. The dynamic cable-pulley system and free-rolling glideboard on an incline plane facilitate more than 250 different exercises.

GRAVITY is enjoyable, efficient, targeted small group personal training; giving fast observable, body-changing results for all.

A perfect alternative to the gym, you benefit from a class-like experience with other people exercising alongside you to give you the boost you need to keep moving, and often provide some laughter too!

6 Different Sessions to Choose From:

Gravity BOSU

Improve your balance while building core stability and firing up your glutes - this is a BOSU class turned up a level.

Gravity Core

Blast your core, trim your waist and define your obliques. Balance and posture depend on a strong core so everyone can benefit. Feel stronger and more toned in your mid-section.

Gravity Legs, Bums and Tums

The glutes are big and important muscles often underused due to our "sit-down" lifestyles. Fire yours up, strengthen your core and work leg muscles other activities may not reach.

Gravity Pilates

Pilates exercises from both the matwork and reformer series on the Gravity machine. Controlled movements, with good alignment, and a powerful core focus, lead by our Pilates trained instructors.

Gravity Strength

Increase upper and lower body strength. Expect high resistance (tailored to you) and low reps. Build your power!

Gravity Total Body

A full body workout. Expect high reps and great results. The trainer will know your goals and deliver an effective workout for all.

How Do I Take Part?

Before booking onto one of our group training sessions you will first need to attend two introductory sessions.

These are free for members and can be booked on the timetable. If you are a non-member then the introductory sessions will cost £38 for the pair. To do so you will need to contact reception on 01962 435064 or email
