Functional Fitness is a class which is focused on the efficient working of muscle groups across the whole body.

What can I expect?
A training session which targets natural movement, strength and mobility in our outdoor studio.

What are the benefits of the class?
A class which builds lean muscle and helps you lose weight if that’s your intention. More experienced gym-goers will use this type of training for conditioning because it brings a well-rounded aspect to their often highly-targeted training regimes.

How hard will it be?
The class is beneficial to everyone, no matter what their fitness goal is.
