What is it?
This class combines elements of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi

What can I expect?
Starting your class with a Tai Chi inspired warm up, your teacher will take you through a series of flowing Yoga and Pilates inspired floor work. You will finish your class with 8-10minutes of relaxation time so you can completely relax and unwind from your day.

What are the benefits of the class?
Strong core, increased flexibility and reduced stress levels.

How hard will it be?
This class is mixed ability, low impact and great for beginners and those who wish to do something gentle and non-sweaty but still get a work out.
