Yet, many conventional gym routines, while not inherently flawed, may not wholly align with our true movement needs and aspirations.

In this course you'll learn the science of fortifying your body's ability to navigate life's myriad activities with ease and grace. We'll delve into the foundational principles of movement, empowering you to establish a bedrock of efficient, pain-free mobility that will endure a lifetime.


Within this course we’ll go over:

  • Deciphering modern postural norms.
  • The art of proper alignment while standing and sitting.
  • Cultivate strength through functional movements such as squatting and hingeing.
  • The primal aspect of crawling to refined skills of walking and running efficiently.

By embracing these foundational principles, you'll not only enhance your strength, aesthetics, and performance but also nurture the very essence of what makes us human: our ability to walk and run.

  • This course will start on Tuesday 21st May 2024 and end on Tuesday 25th June 2024.
  • It will start at 8pm and finish at approximately 9pm.
  • Your teacher is Dante Filafilo.
  • It is priced at £100 per person (or £75 for members of New Energy Fitness).
