Previously, you may have tried dieting methods and exercise programs in order to lose weight, yet they haven't delivered, perhaps because these programs failed to educate you on how weight loss really works. My aim within these 6 weeks is to stop you repeating this cycle for good.

Everyone knows that in order to lose weight, you must exercise often and eat well. But the challenge is knowing all the details. How often and how well?

I will coach you on exactly what exercises and type of training will give you the biggest bang for your buck in terms of weight loss and you will also be shown how to manage your calories and eat in a more flexible, sustainable and enjoyable way. But most importantly, you will be taught how to achieve results without restrictive approaches or methods that leave you stressed and unhappy.

I am under no illusion that you won't be able to completely transform your body in just 6 weeks, but you can definitely set the foundations for success in place.

Having a 6 week commitment is far more achievable than asking you to dedicate 3 months to a full transformation. After all we all have lives and families outside of the gym.

The program is designed to kickstart your weight loss journey and teach you all the basic skills that you will need to be successful.

That being said, don't think that you won't be able to achieve amazing results in just 6 weeks. Those of you who fully engage with the program and action all the recommended steps can expect to reduce your body weight by up to 5kg.

How it will work

Each week you will have 3 regular sessions in your calendar.

Prior to the course starting:

  • Health form and lifestyle questionnaire completed.
  • Key body stats (weight, height, age etc) recorded.
  • Before body photos taken.
  • An in-depth consultation to understand your goals and any challenges that hold you back.

Session 1: Weight Loss Class (8pm Tuesday evenings)

  • Weight loss focused gym based class.
  • Aim to burn approx 500Kcal during the session.
  • Mixture of cardiovascular & resistance exercises.
  • Low joint impact specific exercises.

Session 2: Solo Gym Session (choose when you wish to attend)

  • Follow and complete the weekly gym class workout provided to you via an app, and in your own time.
  • Record your stats from the workout (reps/sets/weight etc.)

Session 3: Personal Training Session (session times booked in advance)

  • 50 minute weekly PT session tailored to your specific needs.
  • Nutritional support and planning.
  • Personal exercise program for gym sessions.
  • Progress body photos taken.

After the course finishes

  • After photos taken to illustrate progress.
  • Discount on gym membership (no joining fee) to carry on weight loss journey.
  • Complimentary Personal Training session to review progress and set new goals.
