The 3 Cs of Core

This is the final workshop of 3 targeting your core muscles to provide support and strength. After each workshop, exercises will be given to you in a hand out to take home and practise. You should also feel more capable of confidently taking part in core specific classes.



Time to connect the dots. Our final workshop will draw on our new found physical and mental knowledge on the core to take you through an array exercises. We will recap muscles and activation exercises and then you will be lead through a typical core class. With your experience from the previous workshops you will be able to correctly activate the muscles in your core, adapt given exercises to best suit your ability and in turn, experience a successful core workout.
