One of the leading causes of bad posture is a weak 'core' which includes the abdominal, back, and pelvic muscles. They play a crucial role in stabilising your spine and maintaining good posture.

When these muscles are weak, your body will compensate by relying on other muscles to provide support, leading to pain and discomfort.

The Gravity Reformer is the most effective tool we have found for developing core strength and tone. You will notice a difference in just six weeks.

This versatile machine uses a glide board and cables to provide resistance and support as you move through a series of exercises designed to target every muscle in your body.

With its emphasis on controlled, precise movements and deep core engagement, Pilates on the Gravity Reformer is the perfect way to improve your posture, balance, flexibility, and overall fitness level.

This progression course is aimed solely at those who have already attended one of Helen's previous Gravity courses.
