I have worked in the Fitness Industry for about 20 years.
I graduated from college with an HND in Leisure studies and with a Fitness and Exercise Studies Diploma. I began work as a Fitness Instructor whilst qualifying to become a Personal Fitness Trainer, acquiring other certificates in: Nutrition and weight management, Spinning, Torso training and Core Stability, Exercise Referral, Basic Massage.
I am REPS registered and a qualified first aider.
I enjoy keeping fit and healthy and am always ready for the next challenge!
