I am a Functional Range Conditioning coach, Kinstretch instructor and level 3 Personal Trainer. I fall under the category of mobility specialist. I have a passion for human biomechanics and strive for continuous improvement.

Training with me will always start with an assessment to establish your overall range of motion. Based on this I will program your strength training and mobility exercises within your current ranges to help minimise the chance of injury and to improve your physical freedom, strength and mobility.

My aim? To educate and help others achieve a better life through mobility and strength training.
