I have been a keen gym goer for as long as I can remember and I recently decided to develop my knowledge of the fitness industry by completing a course in personal training and fitness instructing. I love the feeling and results that exercise can give you, both physically and mentally and I'm passionate about helping others achieve their goals too. I think exercise is a vital addition to a healthy and happy lifestyle and should be incorporated into everyone's lives no matter of their age or lifestyle.
My training style is a mixture of weight training and cardio so you can expect a bit of both in my classes - all in all helping you to shed fat whilst building lean muscle. I've been a member at new energy for 2 and a half years and I'm excited to join the team and train some familiar faces!
