Tasha is a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor. She is also our Studio Manager here at New Energy Fitness.
Tasha has been working in the fitness industry since 2011. Her journey started when she decided a career in media wasn't right for her. At the age of 19 Tasha trained up to teach group exercise classes and since then has loved every day at work.
From working as group fitness manager since 2014, Tasha is please to now offer one-to-one sessions to share her passion. Tasha also teaches Body Sculpt, Gravity, Spin, Energy Balance and Barre Concept here at New Energy Fitness.
Tasha specialists in women’s fitness and conditioning and is currently working towards her level 4 qualification.?
