I have always loved health and fitness and discovered my real passion was for Pilates 15 years ago during my first pregnancy. I had all sorts of complications including a bad back. Pilates has helped me become much more aware of my body, and with the perfect balance of strength and flexibility, enabled me to stay injury-free.
Having trained through the Body Control Pilates method my classes focus on improving posture, targeting those deep postural muscles, building strength from the inside out and bringing the body back into correct alignment. This helps to reshape the body so that it feels longer, leaner and more toned.
I am a qualified Active IQ Level 3 Body Control Pilates Instructor and have a range of interests including back care and back pain. I am working towards my qualification to teach clients with bone health issues specifically Osteoporosis and Osteopenia. I am also qualified to teach Level 3 Pregnancy & Postnatal Pilates.
I am passionate about Pilates making it accessible to all in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. My aim is to help people move better, breathe better and above all, leave class feeling taller!
