Welcome to the Power of Two, a blend of learning, detailed technique, strength and cardio - a complete workout system, delivered in a small-group environment.

We will kick off with a 30 minute talk on how to plan and structure your exercise, in order to train efficiently and sensibly, allowing you to workout for extended periods of time but in the correct way. There will be an opportunity to ask John any questions, and get some detailed insight to understand how best to implement the advice to fit your goals.

Then it is time to get active with two group training sessions! You will begin with a structured 45 minute Kettlebell workshop, breaking down the movements and learning how to put together a full-body strength workout.

After a short break, you will be getting in the saddle for a 45 minute Spin cardio session to build-up a sweat and get the blood flowing. You will leave having had a great workout, and a new understanding of how to structure your sessions to supercharge your fitness.
