There are huge benefits to training with a TRX suspension trainer. TRX (Total Body Resistance Exercise) is a revolutionary workout method that uses your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexbility, core and joint stability providing an effective total-body workout.

Tope is one of the most experienced trainers out there and will guide and challenge you through the 2 hour workshop. If you are a novice or experienced in TRX, there is something for everyone with challenge guaranteed! Come with an open mind and willingness to learn! By the end of the workshop you will be able to:

➡️ Correctly set up and use the TRX Suspension Trainer

➡️ Properly perform a variety of Suspension Training exercises

➡️ Learn how to progress and regress exercises for all fitness levels

➡️ Understanding of how to adjust resistance and stability for all exercises

➡️ Learn how to cue and correct common faults
