The Full Monty: Gravity Course
4 Week Course
Whether you're brand new to Gravity, recovering from injury or want to improve your technique, this 4 week course is for you.
Over 4 weeks you will become familiar with our GTS machines as we "strip down" to the basics.
Feel the difference in your muscle tone, improvement in your posture and overall increased fitness. Each week will focus on a different body part, ending the course with a total body workout.
- Week One: Leg day
Nobody likes leg day, until now… focusing on your big lower body muscles (glutes, quads, hamstrings, adductors) feel the burn in your legs without adding extra pressure onto your knees. Leg day just became your favourite day.
- Week Two: Upper body
Pull, press and push. This session will focus on opening through your chest and your shoulders as well as strengthening your back and arms.
- Week Three: Core
Strong core, strong base. The centre of everything. Our third session will work on improving core strength and defining those obliques.
- Week Four: “The Full Monty”
A 45 minute total body workout! Be prepared to sweat.
