What is it?
Taking place in the gym and led by a Personal Trainer - you will learn how to lift weights with correct form and safe technique. So, if you’ve never lifted a weight before, or want to improve your technique, then this is the perfect class for you.

What are the benefits of the class?
Learn how to lift weights safely, develop a strong and tone physique, and great fat burning for the whole body.

How hard will it be?
Low impact and accomodating for beginners. You can work at your own level.
