What is it?
A high-intensity conditioning class that mixes body weight exercises with cardio and strength training.
What can I expect?
Using a circuit format and high energy music, your teacher will coach you through a set of high intensity exercises such as burpees, mule kicks, battle ropes, press ups, box jumps and many more. Minimal rest periods and high repetitions mean this class is not for the faint hearted!
What are the benefits of the class?
Improved cardiovascular endurance, fat burning and increased metabolism.
How hard will it be?
This is an intermediate/advance class. Great for those wanting to take their fitness goals to the next level. You must have attended 4 Circuits class before attending this class. Not recommended for beginners to exercise.
