What is it?
Kettlebells are weights shaped like a ball with a handle for easy gripping. Lifting and swinging the Kettlebell enhances mobility, increases strength and flexibility, and improves cardiovascular fitness.
What can I expect?
Your teacher will guide you through a series of exercise. Depending on the teacher this may be a circuits format. With Kettlebell training you'll build endurance, strength, balance and agility all with dynamic movements. It's challenging, efficient and you only need one piece of equipment!
What are the benefits of the class?
Kettlebell strengthens every muscle from head to toe providing a great full body and fat burning workout. Further to this Kettlebell strengthen the tendons and ligaments, making the joints tougher and less-susceptible to injury. Burn on average 400 calories in a 45minute class.
How hard will it be?
Kettlebell is a high intensity workout and is great for those who want to take their exercise goals to the next level.
