What is it?
HIIT 800 is the ultimate class fitness challenge where you will aim to hit 800 reps by the end of the class.

What can I expect?
Choose your level - beginner, intermediate or advanced, then work through the 4 phases trying to do as many reps as you can within each 8 minute section. The ultimate goal is to finish by hitting 800 reps. Can you meet the challenge?

What are the benefits of the class?
Improved cardiovascular endurance, fat burning and increased metabolism.

How hard will it be?
This is an intermediate/advance class. Great for those wanting to take their fitness goals to the next level. You must have attended 4 Circuits class before attending this class. Not recommended for beginners to exercise.
