Functional Conditioning is a full body muscular endurance class, focusing on functional movements.
What can I expect?
This class incorporates endurance based resistance exercises along side aerobic movements, all at a high tempo to music.

You will develop strength that will be relevant to movements and tasks performed in every day life.

This class is suitable for all ability levels.
