What is it?
Circuits training is a fast-paced class in which you move quickly through a variety of floor exercises and weights routines to increase stamina, strength and cardiovascular fitness.

What can I expect?
The instructor will take you on a different exercise journey each week giving you a varied full-body workout. Your body and mind will never get bored.

What are the benefits of the class?
Total body workout that increases strength endurance and increases cardiovascular fitness. On average, you can burn around 400 calories per 45minute class.

How hard will it be?
This class gives you the opportunity to follow along at your own specific level and pace as you move station to station. You will watch as your pace and technique improve as you progress week to week. Beginners to advance fitness level welcome.
