What is it?
BOSU gives a whole new meaning to 'movement control' as you learn to work out on BOSU's ever-changing and unstable surface. The blue-side-up (round side) provides mostly lower leg and ankle stability training, while the black-side-up (flat side) provides more core and hip stability training.
What can I expect?
Using functional movements with the BOSU and weighted bars, the teacher will guide you through a series of exercises that will challenge your body in a completely different way.
What are the benefits of the class?
BOSU is a full body workout especially great for increasing core stability and balance. This class also allows for cardiovascular, toning and flexibility components as well.
How hard will it be?
This is mixed abilities class, great for beginners to exercise and those really looking to improve their core stability.
