If you are unsure where to start, then this is the class is for you!

What is it?
Taking place in the gym and led by a Personal Trainer - this is a beginner-friendly group session to get started with exercise, or a gentle way to find your way back to it after a lengthy break

What are the benefits of the class?
You will gain confidence in working out in a group and learn what the GYM is all about through bodyweight, cardio and resistance exercises.

How hard will it be?
It designed for beginners, with the benefit of being in a small-group, so that the trainer can adapt the exercise to your needs.
