Barre Concept

This unique workout combines the elements of Pilates, yoga, resistance training and ballet into a highly effective regime performed on the mat and at a ballet barre. The technique utilises the body's own resistance in conjunction with weights, bands and small balls. The effect is a long, lean dancer's body without being a dancer!

The low impact, total body workout lifts the butt, tones the thighs, flattens the abs and sculpts the arms, whilst protecting the joints. Small isometric contractions are performed and integrated with an interval training approach that burns fat and improves cardiovascular fitness. Posture, flexibility, stamina and core strength improve. The result is a body that is realigned, rebalanced and works harmoniously and efficiently.

Stretches are performed after each strength section of the class to ensure the muscles are re-lengthened to create a body that is strong without the added bulk of other regimes.

Begin to Spin

A new Spin class designed for beginners. The ultimate indoor cycling experience, push yourself hard to the high energy music as our motivational instructors guide you through the course! Spinning provides an intense cardio workout which is ideal for burning fat and increasing all round fitness. The best thing about Spin classes is that they can cater to all ability and fitness levels simultaneously. You control your own resistance and speed allowing you to continuously make progress whilst still being able to keep up with the class.

A light weight, high repetition toning class to high energy music.

Bosu Express

A full body workout, great for increasing core stability and balance.

Boxing Club

A full body toning and cardiovascular endurance class.

Circuits

Moving around stations for a full body workout that increases strength and stamina.

Core Blast

An abdominal workout with a focus on core strength and stability.

Core Bootcamp

This is an abdominal workout with a focus on core strength and stability to improve your posture, training technique, ability, and body shape! The workout will take you through a brief whole body warm-up before moving to mat work for a series of exercises.

Energy Balance

The power of 3 . A Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi infused class.

Silent Disco Spin

Lights out, headphones on, music and energy levels high! You’re in control of your music volume. Using our Bluetooth headphones our instructor will take you through a 30minute cardiovascular class with high energy music. Headphones are provided however feel free to bring your own Bluetooth ones.
